7. Incorporate 3-4 servings of dairy in your diet to promote fat loss.

8. Make sure you incorporate in your meal a portion of lean protein, along with fibrous carbohydrates and a portion of healthy fats.

9. Green teas, oolong teas and black teas are good for you as they can aid in fat burning to try to take them on a daily basis.
