Losing belly fat stubborn at first may seem something that is impossible, but I'm here to tell you that his is very possible to lose fat belly. If you are ready to commit to do whatever it takes to lose those pounds heavier, then I can tell you that you can do it.
I remember like it was yesterday when I was pregnant with triplets, after I had them I thought there was no way I could lose fat belly. All those months and then I was left with the fat that I seemed still waiting. My first thought was how do I get rid of this weight and then I made a plan that was about to start a kind of exercise program.
Since I had triplets that was not possible to enroll in a gym, but I had cable and Cablevision had a channel called Fit-TV. I started watching the different shows that they exercise in line-up everyday so you can decide which one or more I was going to do. I decided at first that I'm going to do at least 30 minutes of aerobics at least 5 days, and do a little 'light weight conditioner about 3 times a week.
I also did some research online for tapes exercises, back when I had my triplets over 15 years ago were VHS tapes. I ended up buying a different exercise tapes, so I could have a variety of options to exercise. Before I knew it I started to burn fat, and I felt really good. Lose that stubborn belly fat
is a possibility, but you should put a little 'time and effort which you are not going to get anything done sitting around.
If you find exercise tapes and DVDs is now much more of what you can do is walk, which is another option just doing a walk of 30 minutes will be very emotional. My best friend and I would go to the park and walk along the golf course, or climb the stairs to the playground, walk around the block, so walking is a great way to lose fat and you will burn lots of calories throughout day.
I remember losing stubborn belly fat is an achievable goal, get up and get moving, and you come first and you know that the fat is gone.
