Once you get the hang of it, it will be much easier. In order to lose belly fat you have to watch what you eat and plan your healthy, small meals more often.

3. Getting the right amount of exercise. Get 30-45 minutes of moderate exercise daily. This can sometimes be a task when you work 10-12 hours at work and have the responsibility of children and housework at home.
